Zocane is a gifting platform for discovering gifts, creating shared carts, placing orders, and arranging delivery.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Zocane account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Zocane with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you are permitted to enter into that transaction.
Orders and delivery
Products, prices, delivery windows, and availability can change before an order is confirmed. We may cancel or decline an order where required for stock, payment, fraud, delivery, legal, or operational reasons. Same-day and scheduled delivery are available only in supported areas.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Zocane does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful content, interfere with security, or use another person's information without authority. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
